Full, soft and voluptuous, with a dark berry juicy core laced with rustic Rhone, dried herb and savory vibes, this is a beautiful and pure expression of 100% Syrah from the Crozes-Hermitage appellation of the North Rhone Valley. The Cuilleron estate was first founded in 1920, Yves' grandfather first started bottling wine in 1947. Yves took over in 1987 from his uncle, expanding vineyards and building a new winery, becoming one of the most significant estates in the area of Condrieu. All vineyard work is done by hand, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open top vats, aged in barrel 16 months.
