Ethereal Syrah-driven blend, velvety and luxurious with juicy berries, cassis, violets, dried herbs, tobacco, with hints of spice and clove. Vines average 35 years old, situated on the Fondrèche plateau at the foot of Mount Ventoux. Biodynamic principles drive the vineyard and immaculate winery. Sébastien Vincenti leads the estate his mother, Nanou Barth founded, with an exquisite attention to detail. Their wines are pure and exact while simultaneously exuding immense character and charm. The "Persia" line is produced from the oldest vines on the estate with the most expressive terroir. 90% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre, aged in large oak barrels.
