Strawberry pie, rhubarb, lemon curd, ripe raspberry.  Palate is generous with herbaceous notes layered on whisps of creme and berries. "Ancient cartographers marked the far reaches beyond human exploration with the notation 'hic svnt dracones', or 'here be dragons', imagining mysterious worlds populated by marvelous and terrible beasts of land and sea". This incredible, otherworldly rosé is made from 19th century vineyards; The oldest known Cinsault from Bechtold Vineyard (planted 1886) and Mourvèdre from Little Big Block Vineyard (planted 1895). Epic, ethereal, friendly and quite decadent. Only 6 barrels produced.
