Dry, lifted and spirited. 50% Gruner Veltliner, 42% Albarino, 8% Sauvignon Blanc. Expressing the unique microclimate of the San Luis Obispo Coast, they source grapes 2-5 miles from the Pacific Ocean, "maritime influenced extreme cool-climate and diverse volcanic and oceanic soils allow the incredible opportunity to showcase white wines filled with vibrant energy, minerality, and a whole lot of individual character."
