From the family’s original family-owned vineyard, referred to as "Montesecondo" in the town of Cerbaia, Chianti Classico, Tuscany.
Fruit is harvested manually, destemmed and fermented with natural yeasts in concrete tank. The wine is aged in concrete as well..
