An excellent expression of varietal character, this is fresh, expressive and balanced. Located on Sicily’s western-most coast near the town of Marsala, Caruso & Minini boasts a history that harks back to the late 1800’s when Antonio Caruso bought the company to grow grapes for nearby Marsala factories. 100% Nero d'Avola, native to Sicily, the vines are influenced by a constant wind that carries  a subtle saltiness from the Mediterranean Sea that envelops the terroir.
