Salt, lemon, papaya, white flowers.  Dense minerality on the palate matched with bright lemon. The Grosjean family historically raised cattle  in the high mountain passes of the Valle d’Aosta , and in the summer months wine for themselves. In 1969, Dauphin Grosjean, showed his wines at a local expo and was recognized for his exceptional work. From there, he and his five sons expanded their vineyards and wine production. 100% Petite Arvine from Rovettaz vineyard. Solid structure, can be enjoyed young or with substantial bottle age. Biodynamic; indigenous yeast fermentation.
