Lieu Dit focus on varieties indigenous to the Loire Valley, with Sauvignon Blanc being the winery’s primary focus. Lieu Dit is a partnership between friends and wine stars, Justin Willett (Tyler Winery owner & winemaker) and Eric Railsback (top sommelier and owner of Les Marchands wine bar in Santa Barbara).
Fruit is sourced from three vineyards in Happy Canyon - Grassini, McGinley, and Star Lane. Fermented in both tank and barrel; aged in neutral barrels.
