From the winemakers of Ghost Block Estate, a fifth-generation family-run winery, the Block House North Coast Cabernet pays homage to the Kentucky-style Block House that was constructed by George Yount in 1836 (featured on the label) and once stood on the Block House Vineyard that lies at the crossing of Yount Mill and Yountville Cross Road in Yountville, Napa Valley. This is a special bottling to give us a taste of the pedigreed Napa producer at an everyday price. The vineyard is diverse with deep alluvial soils, influenced by the cooling of San Pablo Bay.  Classic notes of cherry, cassis with hints of cocoa, cedar, vanilla.
