On palate a juicy core of red berries and black licorice is supported by a lively yet deep frame of the extreme terroir and slate. 90% Mencía + 10% Merenzao from 80+ year old vines. The grapes are grown in an ancient wine growing area, which has produced wine on the steep terraces since Roman times.
