Oodles of baked boysenberry and blueberry, bright cinnamon and baking spices, warm hickory notes, touch of vanilla cream. Palate is plush and soft with concentrated fruit; Fresh, playful and bright; Generous yet focused. 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, with Cabernet Franc, Merlot & Petit Verdot. Handpicked in Napa Valley, with much grown in St. Helena. Native yeast fermentation, racked to 40% new French oak barrels; Completes full malolactic fermentation, then 16 months aging.  Loren Crossing pays homage to the valley flora and fauna, specifically the California Bay Laurel, a native tree rich with culinary and medicinal uses.
