Palate is refined and delicate with lemon accents.  Domaine les Pins is a fifth generation family-run, artisanal producer of solely Cabernet Franc (locally called "Breton") in Bourgueil, founded in the 1930s by Jules Esprit.  Thoughtful, sustainable farming of vines on average 10-35 years old in sandy, clay and gravel soils. Bottled unfined.  100% Cabernet Franc.
