Salted lemon, lemongrass, white flowers, lilies, apricot on nose.  Palate has rounded melon mouthfeel with peach, lemon pulp and saline notes.  100% Grenache Blanc from the northeast corner of Spain in the Cariñena DOP. Influenced by the cool, dry "Cierzo" wind and the Mediterranean, low rain fall and rocky soil.  Care, the trade name of Bodegas Añadas, references how the ancient Romans refered to the city of Cariñena.
