Honeydew, linen, tiny white flowers on a shy nose. English herbs, lemongrass, spiced mandarin, pink peppercorn on a friendly, fresh palate. A unique white wine blend of 27% Sauvignon Blanc, 23% Muscat Canelli, 20% Fiano, 16% Chardonnay, 14% Symphony (hybrid of Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris). Three Wine Company is named for the pillars of creating a wine that is worthy of respect - the dirt, the microclimate, and sustainability from the vineyard to the cellar. Winemaker Matt Cline is a native Southern Californian who studied at Berkeley then UC Davis in the 80s, starting his winemaking career in 1982 at Cline Cellars.
