Dark juicy berries, hints of orange, cinnamon and far off whiffs of vanilla bean. On palate a dense core of berries comes forward, rounded with exotic spices and soft tannins. A pure wine, for pure easy enjoyment.  The south of Spain in the Jumilla region is known for being hot, the wines produced can be overly extracted and too-ripe for pleasure.  This one embraces the warmth, but in a lovingly gentle and balanced style - all the richness without being over the top. Monastrell with a touch of Tempranillo from Bodegas Bleda.  Fermented in Stainless Steel, aged 24 months in oak.
