Luxuriously silky blue and blackberries with rounded, subtle hints of vanilla, cinnamon and toast. "Born and raised in northern Bulgaria, Miro (Miroslav) Tcholakov was exposed to winemaking at a very early age. His grandfather had long made the family supply of wine. As a boy, Miro was at his side during all phases of the process." In 1998 Miro went to work for Trentadue Winery, where he is still head winemaker. This Miro project is all is own which he does in small production on the side. The grapes for this wine come from a tiny 1.2 acre 27+ year old dry-farmed vineyard, Coyote Ridge, which situated in the middle of Dry Creek Valley.
