"Birbét" means "rascal" in Italian, and it is the name of the Brachetto wine made in the Roero area. Birbét has always been considered the wine for festivities! Documents dated 1879 testify the presence of Brachetto grapes only in the Roero area. "Birbet" is bright red, almost fuchsia in color. The palate is sweet, sparkling, lively. Flower and fruit notes. Raspberry and underbrush strawberries. A delicate and well balanced finish. It is a perfect match with light desserts such as fresh fruit and ice cream, traditional Italian Christmas cakes such as "pandoro" and "panettone". 100% Brachetto. Mosto D'uva Parzialmente Fermentato, Roero, Italy
