A force in the new generation of winemakers in South Africa, Rüdger van Wyk embodies the spirit of the movement driven by minimal intervention revealing the nuance and purity of the terroir, yet also giving some boldness in the bottle. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsaut, and Carignan with each variety bringing its unique contributions of structure, aromatics and nuance.
