Made by 4th generation of the Biotteau family in a conscientious farm in the Coteaux de L’Aubance within the Anjou-Villages. A Mary Taylor White Label Series wine, chosen for its sense of place and showcasing the appellation's essence. 100% Chenin Blanc, Stainless Steel fermentation.
