Pink grapefruit, fresh squeezed lime, lime blossom, honeysuckle, pomelo. Fresh yet with a textured feel of minerals and citrus peel. In the heart of Rueda is the family-owned winery of Garciarévalo. The sandy, well-drained soils and dramatic climatic difference between day and nighttime temperatures push the grapes to ideal ripeness while maintaining freshness. Produced from the estates old bush-trained Verdejo vines aging 130-145 years, the vines are rugged, wind-swept and strong in this dramatic landscape. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks; aged six months on the lees. Certified Organic.
