Orange blossom, lemon, honeysuckle, lime zest with rich tones on the nose.  Palate is rich, vibrant, textural; citrus, peach and zest intermingle on a minerally palate with clear lust for life vibes. The Sanz family has been growing vineyards and making wines in Rueda since the beginning of the 19th century. The Sanz siblings - Marco, Richard & Alejandra (sixth generation) - took over the estate in 2003. Their focus on ecology, organic viticulture, and creating pure expressions of the land run deep and across generations. 100% Verdejo. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast in stainless steel.
