Bright, juicy, friendly fruit with notes of vanilla bean, homemade caramel, plump boysenberry, garrigue. Palate floats in more refined and structured than its exuberant nose, bringing freshness and femininity with dark berries, minerality and herbal notes. 90% Grenache & 10% Syrah vinified and aged in Stainless Steel. Winemaking in Roussillon began in the 7th century BC with the introduction of vines by Greek sailors. The Fabrègue family, with deep roots in the Rivesaltes area dating back to 1263 shifted from the silk trade to viticulture. Jean de La Fabrègue laid the foundations of the Rombeau estate in 1727, now a 6th generation winery.
