Plum, sweet purple and red flowers, roasted marshmallow, caramel, pomegranate, berries. Palate is lifted, charming, deeply complex, a delightfully playful and suave expression of Syrah. This bottling, affectionately also referred to as "Love and Grapes" is a natural, organic, biodynamic 100% Syrah from 25–30 year old vines in the Rhône Valley. Concrete vat aged, bottled unfined, unfiltered & with minimal sulfur, indicating a clean and immaculate cellar process to achieve this precision and beauty with such little "touch". Label artwork is the 1914 mosaic by Friedrich Wilhelm Kleukens inside the Wedding Tower in Darmstadt, Germany.
