Bordeaux Clairet is an AOC in Bordeaux. It is a specific type of light red wine—often considered a very dark rosé—made from standard Bordeaux red grapes.

Saignée after 48 hours of pre-fermentation skin maceration. Blend of Cabernet Franc and Malbec juice for cofermentation in indigenous yeasts at controlled cool temperatures
