Winemakers Chris Condos and Richard Bruno founded Vinum Cellars in 1997 with the dream to produce wines from special vineyards and microclimates throughout California. Aged in French Oak, mostly used with only 10% new. Mourvedre, Syrah, Grenache, Petite Sirah.
