Salty minerality, lemon pith, fresh sea breeze, elderflower, cotton. Palate is delicate and integrated, with notes of salted lemon, lime layered on white stone textured minerality. From the Cru Muscadet Monnières-Saint Fiacre, from old vines planted in 1948, 1984 and 1991. 100% Melon de Bourgogne, Muscadet is a darling of the sommelier world for its stellar quality to price value.  The wines are bright, edgy and full of energy.  Notoriously paired with oysters, really any sort of seaside faire is a a perfect pairing. Domaine de la Pépière is highly regarded for its dedication to quality, expression of terroir and Cru bottlings. Organic.
