Attractive lifted aromas of ripe red berries, violets, mint and hints of chocolate. The palate is full with ripe fruit and cassis flavours, elegant and well structured with French oak influences, and a persistent finish. This wine is a true expression of the terroir and shows the quality of the fruit grown in the Figtree vineyard. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 20 months in French oak. Mount Barker, Western Australia.
