Rocky salinity, ripe peach and pear, textured minerality. 100% Pinot Blanc, from the Freedom Hill Vineyard in Oregon's newest AVA, Mount Pisgah, Polk County. Oregon's 23rd AVA was created in 2022 and sits within the broader Willamette Valley AVA, with the Freedom Hill Vineyard named as one of the 10 vineyards of the appellation. St Innocent Winery was founded by Mark Vlossak in 1988, his passion instilled by his parents - father a wine educator and importer and mother a master chef. Mark's daughter Makenzie Holley is poised to transition to leading St Innocent as second generation.
