Cloudy, with a breezy citrus California vibe. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, made in a natural style. Stainless Steel Fermented and Sur-lie aged in tank; bottled unfined and unfiltered. Winemaker Chris Christensen abandoned his path of a traditional career after a wine tasting trip to Sonoma Valley his junior year at Stanford (happens to the best of us!).   As an African American vitner, he is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the wine industry.  Lake County, California

***** from Jenny Francois

Where’s Linus? is born….this time in Northern California. Where he’s heading we’ll have to wait and see.

A cloudy Sauvignon, with a breezy citrus California vibe, made by a very smart, philosophical winemaker named Chris Christensen.

Chris Christensen never thought winemaking was an actual career path that people who weren’t born into a winery or vineyard could pursue, until he went on a wine tasting trip to the Sonoma Valley his Junior year at Stanford. From then on he was hooked on the idea of working at a winery. And here he still is, making wine, (minus the one year, one month, and 19 days he spent working in banking, thinking he had to graduate to a “real” job).  As an African American vintner, Chris works to promote diversity and inclusion in the wine industry through speaking engagements, podcasts and mentorship opportunities for aspiring vintners and winery owners.
