Red Tail Ridge Winery in the Finger Lakes makes this gorgeous sparkling wine as a nod to Non-vintage Champagne production "but done our own distinctive way."  Cuvee #5 is a blend of the 2019-2023 Vintages, "together they reflect the combined terroir of Red Tail Ridge across time," with 26% Cuvee #4, 36% Pinot Noir, 19% Zweigelt, 15% Chardonnay, 4% Riesling. Rich, dynamic and expressive yet clean and refreshing with notes of citrus, stone fruit, brioche, orange blossom. Brut Nature.
