Bright, red cherry color. Fruity and soft on palate, with cherry, strawberry and raspberry notes; low in tannins.
Beaujolais Nouveau is both a style and a tradition; Annually after harvest in Beaujolais the grapes are crushed and fermented in Carbonic Maceration style and bottled immediately. The style is fresh and fruity; its significance is the annual celebration of the harvest around the world, usually arriving in November. Due to everything, it arrived much later, but is as yummy as ever!
