Smoky cherry and blackberry aromas are brightened by hints of fresh flowers and black pepper. On the palate, dark berry flavors gain weight and a subtle earthy nuance. Sweeter on the finish, which clings with good tenacity and a hint of dusty tannins. The fruit for the Estate Shiraz comes from the Spencer & Figtree Vineyards showcasing both limestone and granite based soils. 100% Shiraz. Aged 12 months in French barrique. Mount Barker, Western Australia.
