Playful, young and fresh the "La Fraich" bottling is Domaine Olga Raffault's latest addition to their lineup of pedigreed and serious Cabernet Francs. The fruit comes from very young vines in sandy, flat parcels near the Vienne River. The farming is certified-organic, harvest is manual; This minimalist approach in the vineyard extends to the cellar where the fruit is destemmed, with the whole berries going uncrushed into tank for
fermentation with native yeasts.  Domaine Olga Raffault, a benchmark producer of Cabernet Franc in Chinon, is currently led by Olga's granddaughter Sylvie and her husband Eric de la Vigerie.
