Beautifully champagne hued with apple orchards, spiced poached pear and fall jumping from the glass. Palate is soft and silky, with pear and peachy tones. “WillaJory takes its name from the 50-million-year-old marine sedimentary Willakenzie and the 20-million-year-old volcanic Jory soils that are renowned in the Willamette Valley." This 100% Pinot Gris is sourced from select blocks in the Erratic Oaks Vineyard; the grapes were gently destemmed then fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness while also undergoing malolactic fermentation.
