White flowers, nectarine pit, sea, salt + stone on nose. On palate, flowery lemon notes mingle with herbs, mint, stones, and a touch of orange. Winemaker Filipa Pato makes "authentic wines without makeup" - this is a blend of native Portuguese grapes Bical & Arinto. Along with her husband and partner William Wouters, the diverse polyculture essence of Bairrada allows them to work in sync and alongside the surrounding nature systems in a biodynamic, organic fashion.
