Sugared pear, papaya, honeyed acacia, lemonade on nose.  Palate is soft and clean, with lemon pulp, pineapple and faint cream. 


Johan Meyer AKA “Stompie” is a rising star of the new South African wine scene. Inspired by Burgundy and California he works with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.  A terroir driven winemaker, he scouts unique, organically grown vineyards to make natural-style wine reflective of land, space and time.  


Fermented with native yeasts; Aged in neutral French oak barrels and concrete eggs.  200 total cases produced.
