Soil: Gravelly brown earth
Harvest: Hand-picked, only healthy, ripe grapes
Production: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, natural malolactic fermentation. Natural acidity and sugar levels. No fining or other additives. Unfiltered and aged on the fine lees. No added sulfites. Natural wine.
Characteristics: An aromatic, refreshing natural wine with a typical almond aroma. It is also unfiltered and contains no added sulfites. Therefore, turn the bottle upside down and swirl it briefly to dislodge any sediment. Best served well chilled.
