Hoof & Lur is Troupis’ winery homage to the wines native to high plateau of Mantinia. This is skin contact orange wine made unfined, unfiltered with spontaneous native yeast fermentation. Bright orange-raspberry in color, with rich yet zippy citrus + strawberry on the palate.
