Stringer Cellars Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2016 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of the three different Napa Cabernet vineyards that Stringer Cellars used in 2016. The wine’s backbone is the Ghost Block Vineyard (70%) in Yountville, from where its lush fruit profile is derived. The remainder of the wine is comprised of both Cabernet (20%) and Petit Verdot (5%) from the Stagecoach Vineyard, and Cabernet from Coliseum Block (5%). This wine is deep and brooding with notes of chocolate and cherries. The wine can be enjoyed now with a short decant or laid down for future enjoyment.
Aged in 75% new French oak.
