2017 Château d'Oupia Minervois Rosé
Rounder, fruitier Rosé but with minerality, this is a solid rosé from the hillside AOC of Minervois in the Languedoc-Rousillon region of France. Softer palate, but not loose. From the Chateau that brings us "Les Heretiques", one of our favorite everyday reds at Vintage 38!
