Woody notes of rhubarb, bright cassis, whisps of lavender, plum. Palate is balanced, fresh and well-rounded with spice, espresso, boysenberry and blackberry. A blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon (92%) along with Malbec and Syrah. One Stone Cellars is a project of the Ancient Peaks Winery family with a mission to support "Dream Big Darling" a nonprofit that provides mentorship for the next generation of women in the wine & spirits industry. The 2023 bottling comes from vineyards in the Ancient Peaks family vineyard as well as select sites in Paso Robles and the Central Coast. Label by native Paso Robles artist, Audrey Jackson.
