Delicately finishing with a whirl of coconut water, wild flowers, wet stones and fresh rain on a hot summer night. All perfectly balanced together with a creamy mouth feel. Salem, Oregon

Sylvaine & Alain Normand Mâcon La Roche-Vineuse

Made in a distinctly artisan style with native yeast in vat and an extensive upbringing on its fine lees (that spicy zesty quality in the finish of the wine comes from this lees contact). Alain farms according to the pragmatic principles of lutte raisonnée, or reasoned fight. He plows his vineyards rather than using herbicides, and he doesn’t use pesticides or chemical fertilizers. This is a special wine, made with earnest care for the land and with a dedication to producing varietally and regionally representative wines (with a lot of love). 100% Chardonnay. Burgundy, France
